Amy has over 12 years of experience in grant-making and program delivery within the government, community and corporate sectors in areas including community development, capacity building and health. 

She is passionate about contributing to improved health outcomes for the community through the development of strong partnerships and the delivery of innovative projects focused on areas of identified need. 

Executive Officer since 2011, Amy has helped guide the foundation to several major milestones including its sixth anniversary of grant making and $12 million of committed funding. 

Amy has a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management (Health) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Amy manages the operation of the foundation, and in conjunction with the nib foundation board develops and executes the foundation's strategy. Responsibilities include governance, policy development, oversight of the funds financial and investment activities, managing national and community partnerships and delivering grant programs.
