Do you know of a great community health and wellbeing program that needs support? Applications are now open for the 2014 nib foundation Community Grant funding round.
We are inviting charitable organisations from across Australia to apply for funding through our 2014 Community Grant funding round (2 June – 27 June).
This year we are looking to allocate up to $500,000 to around 10 community-based projects that offer practical and unique solutions to address important issues affecting young people and carers.
Since 2008, we’ve supported a wide range of health projects across Australia that are making a real difference to the communities they serve by delivering some amazing results.
We are now searching for our 2014 community partners who will ideally be working hard at a grassroots level and making a real change to the health and wellbeing outcomes in their region.
To date, the foundation has already committed more than $10 million in funding support to 60 charitable organisations across the nation.
The 2014 Community Grant funding round will be open from 2 June to 27 June 2014. For more information and to download an application form click here.
