Self Help Workplace is an Australian Disability Enterprise that provides supported employment for 54 people with a disability in the Launceston region.
Many of their employees do not have breakfast before coming to work, resulting in inattention and a lack of energy in the workplace.
To help improve the health and wellbeing of their employees, nib foundation has funded the establishment of the Self Help Workplace Breakfast Club that will provide a healthy breakfast each day for 12 months to the employees.
It's hoped the program will also increase the employee's energy levels and concentration at work, leading to improved employee morale.
